I don't want to put any money into a business that is not honest about the total amounts being charged to my card. Why was I charged the full amount when you guys clearly state this was a trial order? I'm very disappointed with this. Instead was charged the full price for $122 CAD. I was supposed to only be charged around $9USD. I am requesting that they once and for all return my money, which is a total of $71.41 for all 3 charges that are on my credit card! I again reached out with at least 10 emails. I cancelled my account back in 11/15/22 and returned everything but am being charged as an active customer. I was just checking my credit card today 3/20 and noticed that I have been again charged for $38.79 for an auto ship of the same makeup (order **********+1).I did not sign up for any auto ship. I sent at least 10 emails since they don't have an actual phone number to contact customer service to get my money back for charges that should not have happened. I was not supposed to be charged for anything per their free trial agreement and free return shipping. I returned both of these and was still charged $26.72 on 11/14 and $5.90 on 11/14. The other order was (**********-U) for concealer. There were 2 original orders on 11/14/22 for a total of $81. I returned everything and cancelled my account and was charged for various items. They have a guarantee that if you don't like the product you can return it for a full refund. I tried out their makeup as a free trial. Customer also describe the difficulty they experience when trying to reach the company's customer service department to cancel an order, request a refund, or resolve other matters. Consumers continue to complain about surprise charges from the company, including claims that they are enrolled in an auto replenish (subscription program) without their knowledge.
